Cori Capik is a senior studying Sociocultural Anthropology at Columbia University. Though originally from Miami, Cori has been converted to a true New Yorker after living in the Upper West side for the past three years. When she is not studying, Cori spends her time serving as the Head Director of Columbia University's chapter of the literacy program, America Reads. This summer Cori has spent her time traveling to Spain, Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands, and she is now teaching conversational English in Seoul, South Korea. During her travels ,she has enjoyed diving into some of her favorite past times: reading, eating delicious known and unknown foods, and of course, eating plenty of chocolate! She is excited to see what life has coming her way after her graduation this coming May and in the meantime, she will continue to love being a Woman Around Town in beautiful NYC.
