Jessica is a freelance writer and owner of Quillin Consulting, LLC, a boutique communications and marketing consultancy. She is an avid lover of fashion, the arts, literature, and culture. Jessica lived abroad for nearly a decade before moving to the DC area, studying literature and music in France, Montréal, and the UK, where she obtained her PhD in English from the University of Cambridge. When not writing, she can be found perusing the shops of Old Town Alexandria or running along the Potomac with her husband.
