Melissa Conte

Melissa Conte has been working in the health and fitness industry since receiving has Masters degree in Exercise Physiology from Columbia University in 1995. She currently owns and operates a personal training company which emphasizes an integrated approach to health and wellness. Melissa will write about issues related to the various components of fitness including nutrition, stress reduction, strength and flexibility training.
