With Halloween just days away, homeowners in New York and DC are rolling out the blood red carpet to greet eager trick-or-treaters. We wandered around neighborhoods in both cities and captured some of the best creations. We loved what we found! The decorations really captured the spirit (and spirits!) of the holiday.
