Greater Fort Lauderdale Bizcation Packages
Put the Fun Back in Business Travel

September is not only back to school month but also when business travelers hit the road again after a summer slowdown. For those who regret being away from family – and many do, according to a recent survey that says most business travelers “experience remorse about being away from loved ones” – the solution is to extend business travel with a bizcation add on.

“Work and play do mix in Greater Fort Lauderdale,” says Nicki E. Grossman, president of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Convention & Visitors Bureau. “Our value-priced fall season hotel packages, combined with low airfares available this time of the year, put an end to separation anxiety for business travelers and keep them in touch with friends and family.”  From the sawgrass to the seagrass, Greater Fort Lauderdale boasts more than 34,000 lodging accommodations at a variety of hotels, luxury spa resorts, and Superior Small Lodgings reflecting a “beach chic” vibe. Visitors enjoy 23 miles of Blue Wave certified beaches, discover 300+ miles of inland waterways that run from the Intracoastal Waterway to the Everglades, dine at thousands of restaurants and eateries, get immersed in a thriving arts and culture scene and indulge in top shopping.
