Tui Lifestyle Launches A National Expansion
Walking into Tui Lifestyles’ new flagship store on Greene Street in Soho, with its fast-forward contemporary furnishings in beautiful natural fabrics and simple lines that are easy on the eye, immediately establishes a feeling of comfort and relaxation. Founded two years ago in Miami, Tui is launching a national expansion toward company-operated enterprises and authorized dealers nationwide offering a unique furnishing concept. Its luxury styled room packages with quick delivery gives the firm the competitive edge to becoming “the next big thing” in home interiors.
Tui Lifestyle, the brainchild of entrepreneur Jason Atkins and international designer Tui Pranich, was founded to fill a void for developers in need of attractive interiors in their luxury residencies and for private clients with a discriminating eye who want to bypass interior decorators to quickly, but elegantly decorate a room or home.
Tui is responsible for designing, manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, showroom display, design consultation and sales, white glove delivery and installation, within 72 hours, to residencies located within a 300 mile radius of one of its distribution centers and one week delivery and installation nationwide.
The art of living well is embodied in seven distinct room packages that can include everything from custom made upholstered and case pieces to artwork, decorative accessories, mattresses, sheets, and towels, tableware, bath accessories and other amenities necessary to create a personal oasis. So complete are the packages that Tui Pranich summed it up perfectly, “All a client has to do is bring clothing and a toothbrush.”
I was especially impressed with its new line “Avenue.” The French flavored Art Deco furnishings steer away from the monochromatic by combining high lacquer dark wood with stainless and crocodile leather to add texture and depth to a room. The warm and cozy bedroom is decorated in similar materials with a fully upholstered fabric bed and a finely detailed headboard. The complete one bedroom (dining, living and bedroom) furniture package at 22 pieces comes in at $45,995, a fair price for the quality and high-end styling. The “Innovative” line (think white and pale beige) at a lower price point is a combination of Italian and Classic designs with a dazzling Hollywood glamour style bed carries 21 pieces for a one bedroom package at $19,995. Pieces may be purchased individually and sofas with their soft cushions were especially eye catching and inviting.
Tui Pranich designs lines for each season reflecting emerging trends and enduring styles so that freshness is maintained. For a view of other collections go to www.tuilifestyle.com, 646-6928203
