Jean Hanks, MS, RDN, CDN earned her BA in sociology with a minor in dance from Tulane University in New Orleans, before completing her Masters in Nutrition at Hunter College in NYC. Jean started her career as a clinical dietitian and is skilled at providing Medical Nutrition Therapy for individuals with various nutrition-related health conditions. She has also worked for the NYC Department of Health, where she provided culinary demos at farmers’ markets throughout the city.
