Episode 6: Linda Lajterman Talks About Life After You and 19 Daniel Highway

Linda Lajterman wrote Life After You: What Your Death from Drugs Leaves Behind after her son, Danny died of a drug overdose. She hoped to prevent other families from losing a loved one because of the opioid/heroin epidemic. Her family’s story is the inspiration for the film, 19 Daniel Highway, now in development. Linda talks about her family, the book, and the film in this podcast.

She is one of the producers for the film "Life After You," focusing on the opioid/heroin crisis that had its premiere at WorldFest-Houston International Film Festival, where it won two awards. The film is now available to view on Amazon Prime, YouTube, and other services. Charlene and her husband live in Manhattan.
