Cocktail Recipes to Relish this Summer

Poor Unfortunate Souls

Inspiration: The perfect cocktail for a villainous mood. Created by the most notorious Sea Beast, The Kraken, this cocktail is one for all the anti-heroes. 

Ingredients:

-1 oz Kraken Gold Spiced Rum

-½ oz Blue Curaçao

-1 oz Raspberry Syrup

-Top with lemon-flavored soda

Method: Pour The Kraken Gold Spiced Rum and Blue Curaçao into a glass. Add soda and syrup to taste.

Empress Lavender Haze 

Inspiration: Your favorite childhood treat, reimagined. The freshness of homestyle lemonade sings alongside the lightly floral lavender honey, keeping you coming back for more.

Ingredients:

-2 oz Empress 1908 Gin 

-1 oz Lavender Honey Syrup 

-2 oz Lemonade 

-Lavender Sprig 

Method: Fill a stemless wine glass with crushed ice. Shake lemonade and syrup on ice and strain into the glass. Layer Empress 1908 Gin on top and add more crushed ice. Garnish with a lavender sprig.

Mint Julep

Inspiration: If you didn’t indulge in a refreshing Mint Julep for the Kentucky Derby, look no further. Here’s the perfect cocktail recipe that you can make easily at home.

Ingredients: 

-2 oz Great Jones Straight Bourbon

-¾ oz Lemon Juice

-¾ oz Spiced Honey Syrup

-5 Large Mint Leaves

-4 Large Black Berries (For Garnish)

-1 Mint Sprig (For Garnish)

Method: Muddle all ingredients and give a quick shake. Serve in a Julep cup and garnish with blackberry and a mint sprig.

Beverly Highball

Inspiration: The brand has collaborated with the award-winning bartender and author, Jeffrey Morgenthaler, to create the enticing “Beverly Highball.” This refreshing cocktail promises to elevate any occasion, delivering a delightful whiskey-driven experience.

Ingredients:

-1 oz The Beverly High Rye

-3?4 oz lime juice

-1?2 oz 2:1 simple syrup

-1?2 oz apricot liqueur

-1 1?2 oz club soda

Method: Combine The Beverly High Rye, lime juice, simple syrup, and apricot liqueur in a cocktail shaker with ice cubes and shake until cold. Strain over fresh ice in a Collins glass, top with club soda, and garnish with a lime twist.

Coco Rosa

Inspiration: Created by Adi Batista, Equiano Brand Ambassador in Georgia, the Coco Rosa came from the idea of a way to express love in a cocktail form.

Ingredients: 

-1.5oz Equiano Light

-5oz Coconut Creme

-0.25oz Aperol

-0.5oz lemon

-0.25oz honey

-2 dashes orange bitters

-1 egg white

-Rose water mist

Method:Add all ingredients into a shaker tin, egg white first. Add a large ice cube, shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Strain back into the tin and shake again for 10 seconds. Pour into chilled coupe glass. Add 3 dots of Peychaud’s bitters in a line, and lightly run the bar spoon end to make a line to connect dots. Lightly mist cocktail with rose water. Add dry rosebuds for garnish
