NYC Restaurant Week – Summer Edition from 7/24 to 8/20

It’s the dining extravaganza that pleases locals and brings guests to the city for a wide range of delicious fare.  NYC Restaurant Week actually lasts for a total of four weeks from July 24 to August 20.  There are over 500 restaurants participating located in all five of the boroughs where top chefs that are preparing their specialties for guests.  

A two-course lunch or a three-course dinner starts at a price of $30 with variations on the price depending on the mealtime and venue.  This does not include taxes, tips or beverages.  If you’re not going to make an advance reservation and do a walk-in, it’s wise to check with your restaurant destination to be absolutely sure of the days and times that they are serving their restaurant week menu. 

By visiting the official web site, you can browse categories by cuisine; neighborhood; meal types such as lunch, dinner, Sunday Dinner, Sunday Lunch/Brunch; borough; accessibility; weeks participating; and menu if available. You can also make your reservations online.  For additional savings, when you register your Mastercard on the site you can get a $10 statement credit when you spend $45 or more during NYC Restaurant Week.
