Park Ave Kitchen by David Burke – A Top Pre-Theatre Dining Destination

If you haven’t been to Park Ave Kitchen by David Burke in Midtown East, what are you waiting for?  Recently opened, it’s the destination that has everyone talking. Located at Lexington Avenue at the corner of 48th Street, the venue has two separate and distinctive areas. There’s an airy, modern café with a Euro-style grab and go option serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the chic inviting dining room for dinner guests.

You have your show tickets so make the night perfect! Park Ave Kitchen by David Burke has pre-theatre dining options that are delicious bargains before the show.  We like that the restaurant is a short walk to entertainment venues that include Park Avenue Armory, Radio City, City Center, the Theatre District and more.

Celebrity Chef, David Burke’s culinary talents shine bright for pre-theatre meals.

A three-course dinner in the café is $33.99 served between the hours of 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. with no reservations needed. Eat in or take it to go. A sample menu, subject to change, includes a choice of Simple House Salad or Seasonal Soup. The second course may include Grilled Chicken, Salmon Grain Bowl Steak Frites or Rigatoni Bolognese. Top off your meal with Dessert of the Day. Beer and wine are available as well.

The dining room, with its many seating options for all size parties also has a pre-theatre special with three courses for $85 served daily from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Start off by ordering cocktails or a bottle of wine for the table. Choose from appetizers that include Chef Burke’s iconic Clothesline Bacon. The two thick slices for bacon lovers have a pepper maple glaze and are served with pickle and lemon. Other choices include a generous portion of Little Gem Caesar Salad, an incomparable Tomato Soup Au Gratin and others. Then select a gourmet main dish such as DB Roasted Chicken; succulent Sea Scallops served with delicate Butternut Ravioli or tender Bison Short Ribs. Top off your meal with Cake Pops, Key Lime Pie, or the Tiny Dancer Triple Chocolate Mousse Cake.  The service is outstanding ensuring that you’ll make the curtain on time.

We highly suggest you explore all the menus at Park Ave Kitchen by David Burke. It’s a notable new restaurant that will keep you coming back again and again.
