Watch Plays on Play-Per-View

Missing live stage plays? There’s a way you can watch online with Play-Per- View, “an organization that believes in the power of community, and highlights the ways in which artists can support one another both in times of triumph and crisis with love, joy, and innovation in the digital age.”

With the novel coronavirus shutting down theaters, being able to watch great performances online is a gift. Play-Per-View allows access to a variety of one-time only events. These include play readings, monologue nights, panel discussions, and more. You can watch wherever you are. Funds raised through very modest ticket prices will go to help organizations such as The Actors Fund, Broadway Cares, non-profit theaters and theatrical unions who are helping to relieve those in need of financial assistance due to job loss, medical bills, and other essential needs. ?

At 8 p.m. on Friday, May 1, you can watch a live stream on Zoom of Domenica Feraud (Law & Order SVU) in her play Rinse, Repeat which earned a rave from the New York Times. Also in the cast are Florencia Lozano (One Life to Live, Narcos), Mark Feuerstein (Netflix’s upcoming The Babysitter’s ClubRoyal Pains), Jake Ryan Lozano (When They See Us), and Portia (The Rose Tattoo, New Amsterdam).

To see other events and buy tickets, go to the Pay-Per-View website.
